Should the recipient not be home we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or post a card through the letterbox informing them that a delivery has been attempted. Please ensure the correct address is provided for the recipient.
If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order), we reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver, makeup charge if fresh flowers, or to deduct the product wastage from any refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.
There may be delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels, schools, offices, and business addresses. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery. usually they will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution.
Delivery to Hospitals Please be aware that now some hospitals do not accept fresh flowers into the wards, please check with the hospital you are sending flowers to before ordering. We cannot be held responsible if fresh flowers are refused by the hospital. Why not send silk flowers!>
Our liability for non-delivery of the products shall be limited to replacing the product within reasonable time.
