Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online, and add any bouquets of gifts that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept any debit of credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own local currency.

We accept most credit and debit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. You may send and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us.

Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule Orders received before 2pm Monday to Saturday  UK time for UK delivery will be delivered on the same day if required.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note must be received before same day cut off time shown above).
Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries can only be in the UK. To send flowers overseas please telephone.

No timed deliveries - except for funeral tributes and weddings.

Please telephone if you have an emergency order.

If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.

Orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home, we will atempt to deliver to a neighbour. If  unseccesful the flowers/plant are returned to the shop and a delivery note is left informing them that flowers/plant have tried to be delivered and to collect from the shop.
If a neighbour is home we will try and leave the flowers/plant with them providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery.
If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers/plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at Petals Of Madinahs earliest convenience. We reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver.

REFUNDS FOR DELIVERY ORDERS

On Delivery orders if we are unable to deliver the package then it will be returned to the store for collection or re delivery for a extra delivery charge. Customers are not entitled to a refund for the order placed if we have attempted to deliver but with no success with leaving it with a neighbour or a secure location.

Petals Of Madinah Florist are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left.

PRODUCTS

All items shown on this site are for general guidance only.

FLOWERS

Due to seasonal price changes and local availability on flowers we cannot guarantee that the content of your delivery will always match identically what is shown on this site. In the interests of providing you with the best possible floral delivery your Petals of Madinah florist may substitute one or more items. If there are particular flowers or colours that you would prefer to be included or even excluded, then we will do our utmost to meet your request. Please use the Special Instructions box on the recipient details screen.

*Please Note if flowers are ordered from a different category on a main season e.g Mothers day or Valentines day and are not ordered from the category itself, the flowers bouquet size will be smaller and the flower variety may even change due to the price of flowers being so high around these seasons. If unsure please call one of our sales team on 0121 3282626.

GIFTS
Should an item be out of stock, a similar product of equal or greater value may be sent, rather than disappoint and miss the intended delivery date.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

You can make amends to your order up to 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

To amend an order, please call us on 0121 328 2626 stating your desire to make any changes, quoting your order reference number, surname, and postcode.

PRICING

The prices payable for the flowers that you order are clearly set out on the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned.

ORDERS
By clicking on the "Buy" button on the order form, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and those appearing anywhere on the Petals of Madinah website and authorises Petals of Madinah to take payment for the item(s) ordered.

Full payment for all items purchased through this site is required before your order can be despatched. We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. All checkout pages containing personal information are protected using 128-bit encryption technology from the leading secure certificate supplier, Thawte. Petals of Madinah reserve the right not to process an order if it is believed that the credit card transaction may have been made fraudulently. Under such circumstances the customer will be contacted to obtain further information.

An email will automatically be sent confirming that your order has been received and is being processed, please check this carefully. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we send you an acceptance e-mail.

Orders cannot be accepted from customers under the age of 18 years.
 
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, you can do so by calling 01213282626 or emailing us on info@petalsofmadinah.co.uk

Please give 48hrs notice before the delivery date.

Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will provide a credit note for future use in store.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will Petals of Madinah be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site.

 

GENERAL
Petals of Madinah reserves the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the Terms and Conditions when using the website. They shall be governed by English law and the parties hereby agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
 

We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times.
Tax Charges Orders are inclusive of 20% VAT
Credit Card Security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Refunds/Returns Policy

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
